The abstract painting below depicts cliffs along the coast in my province of Newfoundland. While going on boatrides along the coast, high rugged imposing cliffs can be seen. These are very picturesque, but rarely are the topic for artworks. But, I love them. In them I see strength, and an ability to withstand anything that comes at them (the elements). It is this strength I need many times.... |
