This surreal/abstract painting (below) is one I completed in the summer of 2007. On the canvas you can see two large masses that are about to connect . On one level, the two masses actually represent icebergs about to meet. The wavy forms that surround them represents the waves and the currents, which wrap around the form on the right as if encouraging the meeting.
On a different level of interpretation, this painting also tells a story of an encounter between two lovers, from the use of amorphic sensual forms and soft blended color.
